This closure postponement will allow the company to perform tasks of transferring knowledge and know-how to facilitate active employment measures for disadvantaged groups in the framework of the six rural communities in the Romanian district of Ilfov, which are the target population of this initiative.

Método Estudios Consultores has succesfully conducted a transnational exchange of experiences between Spain and Romania from 25 to 27 of June in Madrid, as practical part of the Romanian project Rural TIP&A: Transformation through Practical Learning and Entrepreneurship, in which Método Estudios Consultores participates as transnational partner. This project is part of the Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development – POSDRU 2007-2013, funded by the European Social Fund.

In this event, have actively participated representatives from six communities of Ilfov District, (Romania): Ciolpani, Moara Vlăsiei, Dascălu, Tunari, Mogoşoaia and Cernica, promoting an exchange of knowledge in the field of training. That has allowed to know the best strategies to promote employment in rural areas and the achievement of project objectives: promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture.

This experience has been carried out through congresses of training, information and advice focused on successful experiences integrated in the Spanish rural economic structure in a sustainable way, providing solutions and ways of working aimed at achieve the Romanian local development.

The success of this project endorse and settle Método Estudios Consultores expansion in Eastern Europe, ensuring and consolidating its presence internationally, through the experience and know-how that our organization has acquired over the last 20 years.
